“Bright yellow with golden tinges. Perfumed aromas of guava, peach, minerals and sweet spices. Multilayered and suave, displaying a lovely sense of balance to the rich, long orchard and tropical fruit flavors. Finishes very clean and fresh, as well as a little sweet (29 g/L residual sugar and 5.1 g/L total acidity) and tannic; the hint of tannic bite is fairly typical of the Hengst due to its marly soils.
